This after photos of Mayor Duterte and Bongbong were posted online.
More specifically a photo where Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia raises the hands of the two as if the two are running as a team.
Mayor Duterte already said she wanted to finish her term as a mayor and Bongbong already filed his candidacy for president in 2022.
