Rita Daniela files lasciviousness complaint vs Archie Alemania

Singer actress Rita Daniela filed an act of lasciviousness complaint against actor Archie Alemania, alleging Archie made some inappropriate acts following a gathering.

In an article publised by GMA News, Rita claimed that Archie kissed and touched her without her permission and repeatedly made inappropriate remarks against her.

“That being a public figure, a contractual artist with reputation to protect, it is very difficult for me to file the instant case but the trauma I was and am experiencing brought about by the incident gave me courage to face the consequences and file the instant case against the respondent,” Rita said.

Rita narrated that Archie offered her a ride home to which she initially declined since she already booked a ride. Rita finally agreed after Archie insisted to take her home.

Rita added that as they reached her home, Archie grabbed her hand and asked for a kiss. Rita declined but Archie insisted in kissing her without her consent.

She tried to leave the car but Archie grabbed her bag and pulled her back inside the vehicle and allegedly hugged and touch her.

Rita Daniela on Wednesday filed an act of lasciviousness complaint against Archie Alemania before the Office of the City Prosecutor in Bacoor City.
