TV broadcaster Cheryl Cosim tests positive for COVID-19

TV broadcaster Cheryl Cosim-Alvarez announced that she was tested positive for COVID-19. Cheryl added that she is asymptomatic and she had informed all those who got in close contact with her, all of which are in self isolation.

Cheryl thanked all those who prayed for her and reminded everyone to take all the necessary care to be healthy.

“I tested positive for covid-19. It was yesterday morning when I was told. I am asymptomatic and I am praying it continues this way. I have informed all close contacts and on self isolation. Panginoon, kayo na po ang bahala sa amin. Praying for everybody🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Still, working from home😉 #grateful #godisincontrol”

In another post, Cheryl provided her fans and followers an update of her condition:

“Maraming maraming Salamat po sa inyong mga mensahe! I’m overwhelmed! 💚💚💚Dasal ko na malagpasan naming lahat na Covid-19 positive ang laban na ito. Pls continue to pray for us lalo na po sa mga seryoso ang kalagayan.

Mag-ingat at protektahan n’yo ang inyong sarili. Our hospitals here in Metro Manila are full. Wala na po mapaglagyan ng mga pasyente. Wear your masks and face shields at all times, wash your hands and don’t forget to keep your distance from the people around you. Stay safe🙏🏻💚🙏🏻”
