Donnalyn Bartolome receives surprise birthday gift from Lee Min-ho

Singer-actress-vlogger Donnalyn Bartolome received a birthday gift from Korea’s biggest star Lee Min- ho. In her recent vlog entry, Donnalyn received a number of gifts like perfume, earphones, shoes, phone, piano and the big surprise gift from Lee Min-ho.

Donnalyn could not believe her eyes when she found out that Lee sent her a gift.
