Liza Soberano hurt by Aljur Abrenica’s remarks about ABS-CBN franchise

Actress Liza Soberano reacted to the statement made by fellow artist Aljur Abrenica regarding the ABS-CBN franchise rejection. During a Zoom conference with JC de Vera for the project “Escape From Mamasapano”, the actor explained why he decided to keep silent about the ABS-CBN franchise renewal.

“Hindi naman sa hindi ako vocal. Actually, pro-franchise po ako. Siyempre, that’s my mother network now. Marami rin silang naitulong sa akin. Pero it’s beyond me. Ibig kong sabihin, their fight is their fight.”

On Twitter, Liza reacted to Aljur’s statement by posting: “Ouch.”
