Angel Locsin helps two students receive scholarship grant

Actress Angel Locsin through her new program “Iba Yan” was able to assist in providing two students a four year college scholarship awarded by the city government of San Pablo City, Laguna. Angel visited the place and met the two families.

Aside from the scholarships, Angel also provided some cash assistance, 30 solar lamps and gardening kits.
